Your authentic Italian dining experience in the Netherlands. I offer bespoke multi-course dinner menus (choose from Terra, Mare, or Verde collections) or engaging fresh pasta workshops. Focus on enjoying your guests: I personally handle all grocery shopping, cooking, and the final kitchen cleanup.
All components are prepared fresh on the day. Slow-cooked elements (like ragù) begin up to 24 hours prior to maximize flavor. Your dinner is composed and finished fresh in your kitchen, never reheated.

My model allows you to personalize your 3- or 4-course menu by selecting dishes from one chosen theme. This ensures a harmonious and seamless dining experience from starter to dessert.

The Dough: Mastering the perfect ratio of eggs and flour (semolina vs. 00 flour) for a pliable and smooth sfoglia.
Shaping Techniques: We will focus on two or three classic shapes (e.g., Tagliatelle, Spaghetti, Fettuccine, and Ravioli).
The Filling (Ravioli): Preparation of a traditional seasonal filling (e.g., Ricotta & Spinach).
The Sauce: Learn to quickly prepare an authentic Italian sauce (e.g., Sugo al Pomodoro or Burro e Salvia) to perfectly complement your creations.
The Experience: We will cook and enjoy the pasta we made together!
Workshop Pricing
Our pricing is fully all-inclusive—the price per person covers the professional instruction, all premium ingredients, a printed recipe booklet, travel costs (within the service area), and the full cleanup.
Please Note: The workshop requires a minimum payment equivalent to 4 participants (€ 340). If your group is smaller than 4, the minimum fee will still apply.

Service Fee (Per Person)
This fee covers my professional time, including menu planning, grocery shopping, travel (within 30 km), express on-site preparation, and final kitchen cleanup. This fee decreases per person for larger groups, reflecting our increased efficiency.

My pricing model is based on two components: Food Cost (cost of ingredients and preparation for your chosen menu) and the Service Fee (covering our time, logistics, and professional service).
Food cost is the price per person for the specific dishes you select from the 'Terra', 'Mare', or 'Verde' collections.
Menu Composition (The Guest's Rule):
The client can complete their menu by selecting from one of your thematic collections. To create their meal, guests select:

Note on Collective Choice:
As previously established, to minimize logistical issues and maintain the highest quality, the entire group must choose the same dish for each course (for example, all guests eat the same Starter). The client cannot choose two different first courses (e.g., risotto for one and pasta for another) unless agreed upon in advance with a surcharge.
